Canada Foundation

The EARTH University Canada Foundation is a private foundation created in 2023 to:

1) Advance education by providing publicly available scholarships, bursaries, and other forms of financial assistance to students to attend post-secondary education institutions.

2) Advance education by providing on-the-job training complemented by ongoing educational workshops and training sessions to post-secondary students and recent graduates whose studies are focused on agriculture, the environment, and/or agribusiness.

3) Relieve poverty in developing countries by providing training programs and related support on sustainable agriculture, business development, marketing, and financial literacy to individuals in need.

4) Receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom, from time to time, to qualified donees as defined insubsection 149.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).

5) Undertake activities ancillary and incidental to the attainment of the above mentioned charitable purposes.
